To improve customer experience, we are making a change to how we sell SuperNova compost.
- We will be opening sales for residential customers for a limited time only, a few times per year.
- The goal is to have product available during peak demand seasons, such as early spring and fall. However, product availability is based on the processing time of the material.
- We are making this change to ensure that residents can plan ahead and purchase product while it is available.
- Sales to residential customers are limited to a maximum of 5 yd³ or 3.8 m³ per sale.
- Product will be available at the Comox Valley Waste Management Centre in Cumberland and the Regional Organics Composting Facility in Campbell River.
- We will be notifying customers of the sale windows two-weeks prior to availability via the website, social media and direct email to those who have subscribed for email notification.
- Sales for SkyRocket will remain on a first come first served basis when product is available.
- The best way to find out when SuperNova and SkyRocket are available is to sign up to receive an email notification.
